時々、お父さんは肩こりを感じます。なぜですか？

　首から背中の上部、肩や上腕に関わる筋肉の鈍い痛みや圧迫感、違和感、不快感をひとくくりにして肩こりといいます。西班牙昆虫粉肉体的、精神的なストレス、自律神経の乱れなどによる肩周辺の筋肉の緊張と血流不足が原因です。
　同じ姿勢で長時間パソコンに向かっていることで、首や肩周辺の筋肉に緊張が続き、肩こりの症状があらわれます。
　日頃から体を動かしていないと、筋肉が普段使われないので、筋肉の緊張や疲労が起こりやすく、肩や首筋がこります。さらに、運動不足は血行不良を招き、肩こりの発症の原因になります。
　肉体や精神にストレスを受けると、法国性奴筋肉を緊張させる自律神経の働きが活発になります。そのため、肩周辺の筋肉が緊張し、肩こりが起こります。一時的なものであれば問題ありませんが、連日ストレスにさらされ筋肉に過剰な緊張状態が続くと、肩こりが慢性化することがあります。
　寒い場所や冷房の効いた部屋でずっと過ごしていると体に不自然な力が入り、筋肉が緊張します。さらに、威哥王寒さによって自律神経の乱れを引き起こすために、筋肉の緊張が強まり、肩こりの原因となります。

　予防する方法があります。

１．体を動かして血行を良くする
　体に負担が少なく、全身の筋肉をバランス良く使う運動を、少しずつでも行うようにしましょう。ウォーキングやサイクリング、水中ウォーキング、ストレッチ、ラジオ体操などがおすすめです。

２．肩や首を冷やさない
　夏のエアコンによる冷やしすぎや、冬の寒さに身を縮める筋肉の緊張は、肩こりの原因です。冷気をなるべく避け、蒸しタオルやカイロなどを使って、肩と首を温めましょう。

３．仕事の環境を見直す
　パソコンの画面との距離は40cm以上離し、目線が下になるように位置を調節しましょう。そして、背筋を伸ばして椅子に深く腰掛け、媚薬キーボードは自然に手をおいたときに、ひじの角度が90～100度くらいになるようにしましょう。デスクワークが続く場合は、1時間に1回は伸びをするようにしましょう。
